Since the new year I've removed my blackout curtains and now I wake with the sun. I start my day doing something productive while my parents are at work and I've got the house to myself. Taking my trash / recycling to the dump, cleaning and doing laundry, working out, running errands, etc. My father comes home after noon so before that, I make myself lunch. I also prepare dinner so that I won't have to leave my room and bother anyone by using the kitchen. After lunch is free time. Image boards, games, anime and manga, youtube videos. Masturbating at least once. Sometimes reading. Then dinner around 5pm and a little more free time. At 8 or 9pm I'll drink a few beers while watching TV or a movie or something and go to bed before midnight.

Productive time and beer time both pass quickly so I'm left with only about 8 hours of free time to fill, which is easy enough. I do get bored sometimes but it's not bad. Keeping yourself entertained is a skill and I've gotten pretty good at it over the years.

Structure your day, a little bit like a work day. Schedule "peaks", i.e treats, to look forward to during the monotonous hours. The work in this case would be sat staring at your pc playing video games etc. Plan things like watching a movie, having a nice meal as your treats. The important part for me is having something to look forward to, however minor, something to break the monotony.
