lol you're a fucking idiot. Minoxidil is a vasodialator, it just makes the blood vessels in your scalp wider which counteracts the constriction of them by testosterone. It wont magically grow hair in random places like your face.

Op just grow your beard out and trim the underside of it. It takes a while (like a year) to get something like what you have in that photo. Also find a good barber who can help you shape it, one that's dealt with beards before. Here's a pic of mine currently, been growing it / trimming it for about a year now. Got good around the 8 month mark.
