I enjoy social smoking & smoking when stressed, but will it mess me up?
I don't have bad asthma now don't really need to use my puffer.

yeah it is definitely a noticeable difference, even though I only smoke one cig a day (asthma as a kid as well) smoke cigars or dip so you don't hurt your lungs
Smoking with no medical problems is bad for you and you're asking if inhaling smoke will affect your lung disorder. Think about that for a second and answer your own question.

cute. quit while you're ahead...you're probably too young to care about the long term adverse affects of smoking but they are real. also, incorporate pumpkin (seeds?), papaya, and cabbage into your diet eating them will help heal your lungs.
i have bad asthma and have to use my inhaler almost daily and i smoke. my advice would be to not smoke, it will just fuck your lungs up even more. but if you need the nicotine or just the action of smoking i suggest vaping. you might look like a douche but it is worth it. I used to vape but i didnt have enough money to buy the juice and coils and shit so i went back to rolling my cigs. trust me stop smoking and start vaping. or do your lungs a favor and dont do either

I had childhood asthma and I'm usually fine when smoking. Although, one time I did have a mild asthma attack while smoking a cigarette. I don't have an inhaler, so I just dealt with it and it went away. If anything, it caused more of a nostalgic feeling than worrisome.
