So how is anyone here surviving on it?
Even with reduced spending, its still difficult to live on minimum wage.
The common thing people will suggest is to move back with the parents or find a better job.
But what if those arent options, what happens then?

Currently living on not much higher than minimum wage in a city with a very high cost of living.
It's manageable, since I have a roommate to share the expenses with. My gf just told me she was pregnant though, so that's kinda got me in a predicament.
Just find someone (doesn't have to be a friend) to go half on the rent with you on a cheap apartment.

Then you should either just find a better paying job or move back in with your parents.
It sucks, but I've been homeless before and that sucks more.
