I doubt there's more than a handful that exist. Seems to mostly be teenage girls who want attention. Why are there more males being trannies than women? Is it because men are bigger sexual deviants? Cross-dressing doesn't seem to be a fetish that women do either.

I think part of it is that men are more likely to be motivated by sex and also females can dress masculine and live as butch dykes without transitioning if their dysphoria isn't that bad, while males are pressured not to be feminine.
