I have suspected this for a while, because my grandmother had it. I also go through the cylces of unstable relations with my family, I have no friends because people bore me/I don't trust them, I have no sense of self, I am depressed and feel empty, I have eating issues, and I am emotionally unstable. Who knows though, I could be overthinking it.

I am a healthcare worker and trust me, you would know if you have BPD.
People with BPD attempt suicide after their friends told them they will pick them up at 7:00 PM and their friends roll into the driveway at 7:03 PM.

Got diagnosed two years ago
Am extremely avoidant
It's depressing.
Don't self harm anymore, starting running out of space and it was causing a lot of damage. Lots of big scarring.
I'm quite sad right now.

The main thing that leaves me unsure is fear of abandonment. How different is it from fear of rejection? I've looked it up and never got a clear cut answer. I definitely have a massive fear of rejection though
