ITT things you will never understand

Supercars - and the whole Top Gear culture. You're not going to drive or need to drive 200mph over the speed limit ever in your life. Just buy a sensible sedan with decent interior. Buying racecars is completely pointless and expensive.

Sports - such a waste of time. Who cares who wins some fictionalized conflict with silly rules. People who feel "pride" that they're home team won is just retarded and pathetic.
>>
I agree with the first one but only half agree with the second.

Playing sports feels great. It's good exercise so you can get /fit/
>>

They buy supercars to run them on race tracks.
>>
>>35009488
The idea behind sports is the same idea behind any game that you can play with another person. It's a strategy contest first and foremost, and individual players can excel or fall beyond that.
>>
I used to look down on sports fans, but now I don't care anymore, it's just the normie way of being autistic about something.
Of course I'm not talking about actually practicing the sport, that's absolutely fine.

A U T O B A H N
yes i will you fucking hippie

so far i've saved 40k for a car

You're wrong.

Supercars are the one of the rare cars a man can look after and it will look after him in the modern period, you can do all sorts of work on them and take them to track events or just ignore some speed laws. Tinkering and learning how to drive any sort of car is a great passion for a man and if you look after your car, your car will look after you.

It's very hard to get anywhere near 200mph on an autobahn.

You don't need to go 200 mph to have fun in a race car.

>Who cares who wins some fictionalised conflict with silly rules
Of course it sounds silly when you put it that way. Everything is stupid if you simplify it enough (hurr durr why watch TV it's just a bunch of flashing pixels!). People like sports because it's exciting. Give me something you like and I'll over simplify it for you and berate you for being a retard.

Not him, but can you explain why? Is the pavement not good enough or is there traffic in the way?
>>
It's not hard to understand. Why would you build a top of the line PC just to browse 4chan?
>>
Poor people will never understand OP
>>
>>35009943
Traffic. Whenever there are lorries, you get people doing 70 to overtake them in the middle lane then people doing 80 on the outside lane.
>>
>>35009894
No it is not. Of course you can not do it everywhere and not during rush hour. Maye it is not common, but def not very hard. Are you from Germany?
>>
>>35010572
It's not hard to drive more than 300 km/h? Are you sure about that?
>>
wouldn't you buy a super car if its cost was equivalent to 5 hours work?

spectating sports is a waste of time, but its a proxy for socialising and tribalism, two things humans enjoy
>>

>__________ is a waste of time
fixed

literally everything's a waste of time and objectively irrelevant in the grand scheme of things

Tell us more about what it like living with autism, Anonymous
>>
>>35009488
you know that most people who own supercars and exotic cars do own sensible sedans as well right?m
>>
>>35009488
I kinda understood the rush you get from driving a flashy car, it gives you a rush and drives people's attention towards you, in short it inflates your ego.

If I'd want to feel like that I'd spend way less cash on drugs and go places, maybe get a good hooker.

I wonder if these people masturbate while thinking about their cars and how awesome they are for owning one :^)
>>
>>35009488
>Supersports
I recognise them but I ain't runnin' after them like I'm 14. If I see one I go like yeah nice and move on.
On the other side a sports car which is able going 200+ kp/h or 120 mp/h without loosing stability is decent since there is no speed limit on our highways.

>Sports
The epitome of manliness since you can't straight up murder people in melee combat you somehow have to prove their superiority to others in a competition, but I don't get the big fuzz about it.
