How's the diet going fellow fatbots ?
Currently 150lbs fatty at 5'7 male . Been on meal restriction and the going has been slow. One meal a day and not going over 800 calories. Been drinking diet soda , water, and only eating low fat free soup and plain chicken breast. No exercise but planning on doing the pull up bar I bought and trying to do push ups (currently at 3 push ups without using knees). No running because I don't like to go outside at my weight yet. How's your weight loss journey going.
If you are trying to lose weight push ups and pull ups aren't going to get you anywhere. You need to do cardiovascular exercise ie jogging, cycling, running, swimming etc. Too fat and or self-conscious to do those then power walking is your friend. If you just stick too pull/push ups you aren't going to burn enough fat to see a difference, you will get disheartened and you will give up.
If something is worth doing then do it properly. You owe it to your body to make up for the years/decades of torture you have put it through.
But who am I kidding, you're not going to listen to me. If you had the discipline to stick to a realistic weight loss routine you wouldn't be a fat fuck.
I had a bad week last week, couldn't control binging on pizza and maccas, now i am reeling it back in and it's so hard. i keep getting cravings. stay strong op.

People in real life tell me I'm slim but it's not /fa/ slim. I want to be effay like /thinspo/ and they recommend a weight of 120lbs at 5'7 for men to be able to wear designer clothes. I think most people in real life have no idea about fashion or what looks good because they themselves aren't slim.

>You need to do cardiovascular exercise
What you actually need to do is stay at a caloric deficit. Everything else is gravy. Push ups and pull ups will help if you don't want to look like a flabby sack of shit instead of a fat sack of shit when the weight eventually comes off.
OP, you're cutting too much, it's gonna eat what little muscle you have along with the fat and you'll still look like shit, just with a smaller circumference.
Starvation -> skinnyfat skeletor with a belly pouch
Modest deficit + high protein + strength training + cardio -> ottermode
