Do any of you know this feel? Having really "loud" and constant repetitive thoughts? Am I going crazy? I JUST WANT IT TO STOP FOR A LITTLE WHILE

It helps that I can drive now, because then I just plug in the aux and get the song out of my head right off the bat, thus putting me into a nice flow for the rest of the day.

Not at all. Its no longer marked by attention deficit or hyperactivity, its a thinking pattern, much like autism.

There are easy give aways. Biggest one:

People with ADHD have such an identifiable thinking pattern, you'd be surprised
