You kinda grow your stomach out. After I went on a bit of a crash diet and lost 60 pounds, I found it nearly impossible to even eat two eggs. Now I can eat a fuckload of eggs after working out or something.

Eat taco Bell with MTN dew today, and some of those Cadbury chocolate egg shells. Fucked around 4chin and listened to podcasts and played videa. Afterwards it's almost nine and I feel so sad all of a sudden. I want to cry, but I cannot. I am a twenty six year old man and am 5'9. I weigh 250lb and it's carried mainly in my stomach, sides and theighs.

I got my keys and went to the gym and did 30+ min on the elipictal, gradually raising the level. Got home and now I'm on the toilet typing this on my phone.

Tired of feeling uncomfortable everywhere I go. I don't like how I feel. I've lost weight, my peak being 210lb in late 2014. I'm going to be thirty in a few years. That's when it will be even more difficult to lose weight.
