You're going to have a hard time finding one in the US, you can get them off of amazon for 200-300 hundred, but you can also just buy a kotatsu heater, blanket and table for much cheaper and put one together yourself, there's guides out there. Either way though you'll also have to buy a transformer since jap shit uses a different voltage

You can get the heater for ~90$, the table and blanket should be cheap, but you'll still need a transformer and the price of those can vary, you may be able to find one for cheap at a local hardware store. But if you're not into putting one together yourself or don't like amazon, you could also check rakuten and if there's any sort asian markets, not just japanese near you there's a small korean shopping center near me and I know one of the places there sells them.
