Well I am in a similar situation as you are. My friends left for college and are too cool for me now, I'm working to pay for a degree I'm not even sure I want. I just spend all day waiting to go home so I can get to my vidya, shitpost on here, and brap in my car.
It's a simple life but if you learn to appreciate the good things you have you won't be so sad about the things you wish you had.
I find myself enjoying being alone for the most part. Get lonely sometimes.
