Who else /malnourished/ here?
>oats
>chicken
>beets/bell peppers/green beans/whatever is cheap
>sweet potatos
>one or two glasses of good organic milk
>multi-vitamin
>cut down on processed sugars and sweets
>drink coffee black or drink tea
>start taking runs to get endorphins flowing and get your cardiovascular system into shape
It's pretty hard at first, but it is actually pretty doable. Just take an hour or two out of two nights of the week to prepare meals and throw that shit into tupperware. It really isn't all that difficult or costly. Especially if you are a jew like me.
>go to self checkout
>use the PLU codes for cheaper veggies/fruits on more expensive ones
>use veggie PLU codes for fairly expensive items
>take the tag of a cheap product and use it on something a little more pricey
>just make sure they're the same weight

It really isn't that hard to get healthy. The first few steps are difficult, but you'll get there. I suggest you go to /fit/ and look around too. I am not super health myself, but I eat decent and lift weights. You feel a whole lot more confident and better about yourself once you get to a good level of fitness. This is a good way for a robot to gain a little more confidence and improve his life. I hope you get to a point in your life where you are happy. Don't be a faggot and give up.

Yeah, I know. I've done this fitness thing before, and there was a small uphill in the beginning. But then it was all downhill from there. The problem is money; I can no longer afford all this food, let alone a gym subscription. But it was nice, so I'm planning to do it again once I can afford it.
