No matter how much I sleep I'm always so tired. anyone else?

Yeah I can sleep for 12 hours then be up for 4 hours and go back to sleep for at least another 6.

I'm always tired despite sleeping 10 hours a day, my brain feels foggy, none of my hobbies interest me any longer, food tastes bland and everything feels dull and unreal as if I was watching it on TV and not really living it. If you told me I died and became a ghost, merely spectating something I'm no longer a part of before moving on into hell, I'd believe you.

Same whether im unemployed or work fulltime im always unmotivated and foggy

This happens to me, too. I honestly think its bullshit to have to work more or less hard just to keep up some shitty appearances so that nobody nontices your feelings. I mean, due to those feelings i dont wanna do anything, and much less things like pretending to be good.

you probably need to work out more and have a balanced diet

body doesn't need a lot of energy to do anything = you wont have a lot of energy

try to cut down on both these things and you will feel better
