I noticed it was a problem and Im trying to deal with it. Still look at porn every day, but Im not masturbating as often. Went from every day, sometimes twice a day, to every other day. Going to go for nofap over presidents day weekend and then just either go to every three days or just see how long I can last from there. I'm getting better. I used to fap 3-4 times a day on average. I'm down to 1-2. At one point I had it down to once every 3 days or so. I was less miserable and colors even looked brighter for a bit. Then I fell under a lot of stress at work and and fell off the wagon.
