I'm not a normie. Nor a girl.
I lived most of my life being beaten up and abused by people.
I have hurt my body in a way that it'll never recover. It hurts to live, it's hard to hold tears when in public. I can't function without medication. I'm ashamed and hateful towards myself.
But I always feel better when someone shows me that I matter, that I'm not a piece of trash, that I'm worth something.
I wish people would show kindness to each other, to ease the suffering one may go through.

I believe in you anon, compassion is the core to buddha's teaching and I think there is a reason it is important. I always try to be nice to people and many despite not having friend people never think I have some troubles as I always smile at them
