You may be healthy but if you are indeed estimating your calorie intake appropriately you may have a thyroid issue. If you're sure you're right please look into it. It can kill you.

It takes years to get "bulky." Google 'otter mode' in pictures. It'd probably what you'd want. Or don't lift at all. Whichever makes you happier with yourself.
