because of OCD, porn has become ritualized in my mind. i feel as though i need to leave off after a certain video, otherwise ill find myself failing to quit. except i can never find the "right" video, and even if i do, as soon as something stressful happens i go back to watching it. the cycle then repeats. and then my will is broken and i rationalize watching it because when shit is bad for me, i might as well.
