My week was alright. Had good news from the doctor.

I want to lose some weight most definitely. I am a fucking lard ass.

Someone did show up my door today but it was just 2 air con maintenance guys, fug.

Good luck anon! Losing weight definitely is a good thing to do. Not for others like many schmucks on /fit/ do, but for yourself (or as an exception Misaki). Being of healthy weight and not having a tummy filled with unhealthy snacks just feels nice.

Personally I don't like going to the gym. Tried it once, never went back because of the Chads. I just eat healthy and run at night when no one is out anymore. Losing weight quickly didn't feel like a chore anymore.

I'm not denying that at all, but it's a good addition as everything adds up. People who try to lose weight by doing sports while eating bad food make me laugh for sure. On top of that, even if not for the reduced weight exercising brings many other health benefits!
