Being a Chad is more than just appearance. It is a state of being. One does not simply change by moving somewhere else. If you are a sperg in the US, you'll still be a sperg in Japan.

In Japan most people are not interested in dating foreigners. A foreigner who is not fluent (and very few foreigners who consider them fluent really are), or who does not have a good job will not even be *considered* for friendship by most Japanese.

However! There is a percentage of Japanese who will seek you out because they are obsessed with foreigners. With those people, you will be able to build friendships (although perhaps shallow), and also find a girlfriend/boyfriend.
