You mean by number of university grads? I don't think that makes us better than other countries. College can be a huge waste of time and money depending on the person, and I'm in it. I didn't learn shit in public education, as they teach you absolutely nothing that isn't obvious, just like in the united states. Classes are just full of idiot semi aggressive stoners rather than violent thugs instead. I just had to deal with abuse and incompetent teachers.
