I'm a male to female transsexual

The phrase 'woman trapped in a man's body' is simply a way for people to rationalize the incredibly complex feelings of gender dysphoria into a simple, easy to understand package.

99% of trannies know they're the biological sex they were born as don't think they were actually 'meant' to be anything else. If they ACTUALLY thought they were really the opposite sex, they wouldn't be depressed and wouldn't kill themselves, they wouldn't even need to transition.

If the answer is no, after hard thought, don't transition(This was my choice, after around 6 years of questioning), if the answer is yes, transition.

I figure I'll jump into this and say my part.
I'm Mtf trans, and the feeling is kinda a combination of a lot of feelings. Things like a constant anxiety, and every time you think of something feminine either trying to piss it away, or just letting it get to you. And when that happens it's rage/anger/sadness all at the thought of simple concepts. It's definitly a mental disorder, I can compare it to OCD, kinda a compultion and anxiety over "INSERT THING"

And then there's security in feminine things. Like makeup/bracelets. Things that ease the anxiety like an addiction.
