I literally cannot stay awake during the day. I genuinely think I might somehow be naturally nocturnal. I just can't stay awake during the day or sleep at night. When I do manage to sleep at night, I feel groggy and slow and sleepy during the daytime and it only lasts for about 5 days before I go right back into my nocturnal circadian rhythm.

This has nothing to do with self control. I'm telling you; I just. can't. do it.

What do I do now?
