Every single one of those symptoms listed are also found in other disorders and the second one is not even a symptom of autism, also autism exists from birth and your parents may have noticed you were different from other children, autistic people also have trouble understanding body language.

You could have OCD, APD, social anxiety disorder or others and you could also just actually be immature, spoilt and socially inept or just weird without it actually being enough to be diagnosable.
