So I'm just telling you to not bother with mtg then. Going to tournaments or play days at your store by yourself is not fun and will only drain your money.

invest 10 dollars to start an account on magic: the gathering online. it gives you the basics for what you need to start playing. they have support chat in game if you have any questions.
