Some advice.

Always have a giant 2 litre bottle of water on your desk next to you. Often you think you're hungry when you're actually just dehydrated. Start making and cooking chicken fajitas, like El Paso or whatever. They taste delicious and seem like they'd be unhealthy, but if you bulk them out with mushrooms, brown rice or whatever then you've got a fast food tasting but nutritious and delicious meal. Try to avoid snacking through the day, but if you do, eat nuts.

It'll take you a few weeks to wean your body off the excess food and sugar that you've not been needing. It'll be hellish but quickly you'll slowly realise that you didn't need most of that crap anyway. It's not like you're even doing much exercise, if any.

I lost a stone and a half in my final year of uni just by replacing soft drinks with flavoured water, eating fajitas three days a week and just constantly drinking water.
