Can you explain what a panic attack is and what usually sets them off?

I oddly miss being depressed and anxious 24/7. Ever since my living condition improved significantly, so did my mental condition. But it's so BORING NOW. Everything's just "OK." There's nothing to really freak out over anymore. Life is listless and full of ennui.

A panic attack is a psychological state of panic that has very physical effects. It literally feels like a heart attack; your chest begins to hurt, you can't breathe, you suddenly become too weak to stand, you tremble, you sweat a LOT, you can't stop trembling, etc etc. It makes you just want to scream your head off. It's excruciating.
They're usually seen in people who have anxiety (the real, diagnosable disease, not the meme 'omg i soooo have like anxiety lol'), and when those people are put under huge amounts of stress. It can also be caused by overthinking/existential crisis.

It's basically a massive surge of adrenaline for no apparent reason.
