I've really enjoyed these fat threads recently so let's continue.

I recently lost 4 pounds these past 2 weeks.

Two things:
1.) Change what you eat. Specifically, substitute food high in saturated fat and simple carbodydrates to foods high in fiber. You'll feel full on less food, so you'll lose weight without feeling hungry
2.) Part of your agitation is probably coming from sugar withdrawal. This will go away after a week or so. Drink a lot of water to dull the effects, but sugar really is an addiction just like cocaine

Eat extremely filling food. Rice, broccoli, grilled chicken, etc. It's really hard to overeat on any of the above. It's harder to make the switch from the sugar and salt filled junk food you're probably currently eating, but once you start eating better, it's much easier to stick to.

It's a lot easier to eat as much of the above as you want than trying to eat less junk.

It doesn't work like that for me, I can literally eat all day. I could eat three portions of rice for some temporary satiation, but will be hungry again an hour later.

I just a got a bad cold. My apitiet sharply dropped.

I noticed that Vegatable Juice, Chicken Noodle Soup, and Spinach are ridiculously low in calories but fill me up.

I think I may have dropped a pound, but I am not certain, I have a shitty scale inaccurate.
