That was okay I guess, it's the usual. However, I am an emotional eater when I get depressed and anxious so I ended up shoving my face with about 7000 calories tonight. I'm not overweight at all but I tend to store fat in my gut and I do have gyno. It feels really fucking bad because I'm trying to break my eating habits and I had been successful for a couple of months up to today. I'll probably eat like shit tomorrow too; hopefully I can get back on track soon
