I had that. It was pure hell. Couldn't eat and couldn't sleep and had panic attacks where I would tremble like a leaf. The best thing you can do is get therapy, preferably cognitive behavioral therapy, from a trained professional and go to a psychiatrist to get an SSRI like Zoloft (I take 200 mg). Took it away right away in like two weeks. I guess I got lucky.

When I'm alone is when it festers into white hot burning rage. At my job I close every night so I'm all alone in the kitchen. Normally I have two or more troubling issue thoughts or conversations in my head. I just play out the conversations every night and it usually ends with me shouting and screaming at no one until I break down crying. A door to the kitchen was open last night and some people heard me and thought I shoved my hand down the garbage disposal. Played it off that I was on the phone.
