Sometimes I avoid the urge to eat junk food by taking a nap or going to bed early. It's actually helped control cravings and relieve some anxiety. Better to be lazy than fat and lazy, right?

Seriously, just sort your diet out, on jan 12th I weighed 212 pounds, I weighed myself on feb 13th and now weight 194 just by eating 3 sensible portions of food a day with no pop only water and tea/coffee. My deficit was 1200-1500 cals a day. Only exercise was walking from work to home and some (very rarely) dumbell exercises.
