I'm not aware of any reddit or twitter alternatives. I know of google's alternative to facebook, but that's only because google founded it. cripplechan is a thing, but that's because we have contrarian tendencies.

Most people aren't that political so shadowbans and minor moderation scandals won't be starting any major migrations off the mainstream sites. You can start an alternative forum anyway but if it's not a serious competitor it'll only speed up how soon the overton window leaves you behind.
