I build plastic models, mainly gundam ones. the current model I'm building has a lot of thrusters, so I spent the last two hours on a repetitive task

Driving is one of my favorite pastimes, it can be so therapeutic and comforting, but also fun and thrilling depending on what road you're on and the mood you're in. I remember when I was a kid sometimes my dad would take me on night drives,he'd take me usually if he was fighting with my mom or something like that, and sometimes we'd just go driving on a random day for no particular reason. I think that's why I enjoy driving at night so much now, it always clears my mind, but I'm sure having a passion for cars is a big part of it as well, when I was little I used to always dream about having a car of my own.
It's usually pretty dry here as well but I guess we got lucky with this little bit of rain we got today. I-If you don't mind me asking, where are you from OP?

I hope your job search goes well, I'm sure that's tough having to find a second job.

It's fine of course, I'm just shocked at the sheer coincidence, you replying to my post with the image I posted last thread.

I mostly just watch some people I know stream games now, I don't play that much, especially not these past few days. Really been feeling down a lot, college and stuff, really gets to you. Though it's over for me after this semester, I'm going to drop since I lost my scholarship and I can't afford it without it. It's not a big deal to me personally, other than finding a job and a place to live after my parents kick me out, I'm happy to be rid of this hellhole, but I can't say I'm not nervous about what the future holds for me at the moment, it's all so uncertain at this point. My biggest worry is finding a job and a place to live.

And you just seem to have my number today BluSkye, with that picture of Granville Island. I have a good friend who moved away to Vancouver, and I visited her about 3 years ago and she took me there one day. It is an incredibly pretty country up there, very green and beautiful, a far cry from my drab city, where the only green is the traffic lights.

I live in a basement suite right now. It's basically renting out or subletting a basement in somebody's house.
Instead of paying rent to a landlord or lady, you pay the owner (or renter) of the house and live in their basement. It's not a bad deal, suburbs are usually nice and it's cheaper than renting an apartment.

I'm not sure, but it's a nice financial boost to those that need it.

It's definitely case-by-case and I imagine most people want tenants that are on the quieter side. It'd probably be good to meet up with them prior to check things out.

We have a lot of rednecks here and a lot of ranchers/cowboys, the town I live in is a pretty small retirement town with wealthy old bible thumpers, everyone owns a truck and half of them own a ranch. But Texas is nice, the seasons can be pretty bipolar and summer is the worst here, but during the spring it's beautiful, wild flowers everywhere in all of the pastures and everything is so green and lush, but it only lasts a little while before summer rolls around and scorches everything. Depending on what part you live in the scenery here can be pretty diverse, but where I live it's very hilly, with big stretches of land and countryside, and we have lots of rivers.

I cuddle with a cute girl sometimes, but it's bittersweet because I love her more than she loves me. It really manifests in the body language.
