I was watching a sake documentary and the work day for this one guy was fucking insane. On a good day, work starts at 6AM, break at 7 for breakfast. Then work all day untill around noon for lunch. Then back to work until around 5, then break for dinner, and then finish their working shift around 8-9. And then start it again at 6 or if they were behind, they are expected to come in at 5 or 5:30.

Their work ethic is fucking insane and way beyond what is actually considered good labor. They actually work so much that they have no personal life, and it causes problems if they want to have one and choose work over the personal life, including a relationship of all things.

Here, it's getting your life/paycheck raped in child support courts, and false rape accusations because somehow when a male is drunk, they are responsible for their actions, but when a woman is drunk they aren't.

The truth of the matter is probably four-fold if true:

1) Hormones, testosterone is at an all-time low, meaning guys are less likely to pursue and will pursue less often. They also will take less risks.

2) Feminists making it a crime to drink and fuck, when in reality it's perfectly fine. As well as females engaging in hypergamy, which is much easier with the internet.

3) Too many other things to do. In the 80's there was no internet outside of hobbyist type people. Computers were like ham radios today, only something a select few nerds do. Now every person on campus has access to multiple computers. And yes, while it makes communication easier, it also cheapens it. Many would rather dick around on the internet with endless distraction than go out.

4) Lack of parties and less social interaction. Let's fact it, parties are pretty tame compared to the past. I've been to a couple dozen of the "craziest" parties and they weren't even 1/10th as bad as expected. Just a bunch of people drinking beer and smoking weed.

I mean yea I know it's a stereotype but when you watch those old movies about college in the 60's, 70's, and 80's you would imagine these awesome non-stop parties 24/7. They happen multiple times 3-4-5 times a week. Now it's 1-2 times a week.
