Why not the coffee? It affects me really weirdly, almost like an actual stimulant. I'll get light headed, can focus 100x better, and wont feel like eating at all if I just drink 2-3 cups in the morning. Then I'll drink water and maybe some diet soda at night after only eating dinner all day.

That's what I done last time at least.

Down to 270 from 330 lb. Had a severe back injury for a while so I was unable to really move, progress slowed down severely. Currently on some muscle relaxants to help with that, focusing on building up core strength to compensate so I won't need them anymore ideally. Weight loss buddy gave up because they decided they were too depressed, which was something I was really psyched for.

Goal overall is 180 at 6'2", figure it's a good place.

With no carbs it won't be too hard to stay below 1500. Make sure you don't drink milk or eat fruit- They are loaded with carbs and calories and are not "a healthy cheat" like some people say. Bananas are the devil. Also watch out for cheese. It has 0 carbs but lots of calories. When it gets tough just drink lots of black coffee. Good luck.

Keep it off for two years and you'll notice a lot of it will recede. I lost 200 lbs and thought I was better off fat, but I just wore underarmor for a few years to be comfortable. Eventually most of my skin disappeared and the stretch marks became very faint. Now I have two or three spots where the skin looks hangs less than 1/2 an inch (front of stomach, love handles) but it is not noticeable with a shirt on. I just look like I'm 10 lbs overweight even though my weight is 10 below max. That 20 lb difference is the cost I pay for years of being a fatty, but at least I feel healthy and I look normal clothed. Good luck.
