No. People might try to think it's somehow taboo but biologically it sort of makes sense. If you have a sibling who was attracted to one of their siblings it's basically similar DNA being attracted to another group of DNA.

Personally though I would find it weird if my family members were hooking up with another family. Biologically it might make sense but bells are ringing in the moral centers of my brain for some reason

My step sister and I did beat around the bush about this one time, wondering if our parent's DNA and them getting along/liking each other just transferred genetically to us. Genetically, no. You're not related in any way (Hopefully), so no chance of getting a bad mix.
