I usually walk my dog at 9 pm in order to avoid seeing other people and I always use the self checkout when I buying things.

That sounds like it'll be nice. I've always wanted to create alternate personalities of myself that I could talk to, like for example have a super-nice version of myself, a super-emotionless version of myself, a super-social version of myself, etc. But I've never bothered to take the time to do it, so you could always do that!

I love peace and quiet so It's more how I enjoy it rather than cope with it. I like to just stick to me usual routine except be happier. Moving out was the best thing I ever did. Everything is spotless and I converted my closet to a little temple. It's perfectly dark when the door is shut so I can meditate and shit. I also sleep, take baths, read, and do lots of shitposting in between.

Pick up a bottle of wine or custom 6 pack for your first night. Drinking is best done alone because noon judges you for your subjective tasting notes being 'wrong' or thinks you weird for taking notes while drinking.

Make the best out of it. Find something to do, so that you won't think about loneliness. Play vidya, marathon anime, read books, start some sort of project (learning language, building something,..), etc.
When the loneliness does get to you after all, find something that fills that void. Create a tulpa, listen to girlfriend roleplay ASMR, shitpost on /r9k/, etc. If you think it helps masturbate (only make things worse for me) or if you can get over yourself try dating websites/ tinder (never been that far myself).
