All bants aside, the only reason everything links back to sex is due to both societal and internal pressure. Because you haven't found anybody worth falling in love with. When you do, then sex will be a great bonus, and not simply an itch. Temptation is there because weakness is there, and because someone worth your life isn't. It is much easier to fight off temptation when someone good is in your life, someone who makes you feel whole.
