I've been unsuccessfully dealing with anger issues for the last 7-8 years now.
My main problem is that I'm terrible at expressing myself emotionally in an heartfelt and intimate way so when I try to explain my grievances/pain to the people who have caused them I break down in tears so I've stopped doing it because
I have too much of an ego.
That just leads to bursts of anger and frustration at both myself and the person who has caused these grievances to me.
I feel like such an idiot.

When I feel like people don't understand me or assume the worst or I feel like they're treating me like shit. For example my 'friends' in high school used to call me names that really upset me but I was too scared of telling me how much that name hurt me.
Basically everybody from my mother, my sister, my deceased father, my previous friends, the people I work with. It doesn't help that I'm shy and introverted with SA.
