A few weeks ago I made a thread about mysterious itchy bumps appearing on my inner thigh. The bumps are still there and it's still very itchy. The affected area hasn't gotten bigger, but it also hasn't gotten smaller. There's no increase in the number of bumps I think. It still looks the same as it did weeks ago. I'm getting worried now. It won't itch for a few minutes, then suddenly it becomes very itchy . I try not to scratch. I've been trying to relieve myself by rubbing the area instead of scratching whenever I get the urge to itch.
I tried showering more and applying lotion hoping it will help, but it's not going away.
Anyone else have to deal with these kind of bumps?
-skin feels dry and soft
-bumps are raised and don't have a definite shape, like small bumpy looking blisters
-the skin color on the affected area is a darker tone than my skin color

Ask a medical forum instead of thousands of literal retards. I'm sure no one here can help you.

See a dermatologist or your regular physician
It's possible you're making it worse just by scratching it
typically STDs don't form on your thighs, but nearer to your genitals, but that doesn't mean it's not still possible for it to be an STD
Also, we have no way to know exactly what you mean without taking photos, you dumb slut
could it be chaffing? have you recently gained weight or have you been walking/running more frequently?
Probably a staph infection desu senpai
I've been wearing men's boxer briefs instead of panties since it's winter and it helps keep me warm. I hardly ever wear tight clothing like skinny jeans though. I don't like tight fitting pants.

Reply for chaffing question. I also haven't been running/walking more frequently. I don't exercise much.

post pictures of problem, stupid
are you positive its not an STD? i figure if you arent doing anything too risky and it doesnt hurt, then maybe dont be too worried about it. hydrocortisone cream should make the itching stop, just keep applying it and maybe eventually it'll go away

My friend got himself checked after I told him the situation. He is clean. I didn't want to go to a Doctor right away because I don't want to spend money for a visit if the bumps were going to go away by the time I got my test results.
Its just one of those herpes viruses that are in the body waiting to erupt, itll go away in a few weeks

Anon, I had this too. It's chafing caused by sweating in the area and then scratching, leading to dirt deposits.
My skin doesn't have problems except for this, for me it happens on my arms too but no bumps, just rashes that don't go away unless I use aloe vera cream. I usually get these in the summer, when it's really hot outside.
As for the bumps, I noticed that they either go away by themselves after applying cream or, as I did, popped them. They feel like nodules inside my skin that after you pinch hard enough, pop like a pill and then disappear.
