Unless you're old (50+) you can probably still lose weight without loose skin problems, you just have to adjust your rate of weight loss e.g. 0.5 or 0.25 kg per week instead of 1kg so your skin has time to catch up

also, loose skin looks bad but it's still a hell of a lot more attractive than being fat senpai. Plus, it shows that you had the determination to fix your diet and live better - it's a living badge that you're strong person who carries through with their goals.
