As he wakes his glymphatic system recedes and his genetically perfect perfectly functional and freshly cleansed brain drifts seamlessly out of REM sleep to an awake state. Dopamines, norepinephrine and testosterone flood into his system, he turns around to see his qt gf smile at him and they have a quicky after which he feels happier than you have ever been, yet for him this is a normal everyday occurrence. After this he heads off to the shower.
