I think it depends on their location. A city living person with a dog raises flags while someone on a farm or so makes sense.

Any more than one doggo is a red flag, same goes with cats. Anything like a rabbit or guinea pigs make her a qt, but only one. If she has more than 4 fish its also a red flag. Any type of reptile pet, snake or lizard for example, is a HUGE red flag.
