Nah, different shirts but often I would keep the same shirt on for a week or two, nowadays I take off my shirts while sleeping and change every 3 days if not going out.
Meant to say that ever since I was really young(~9) I would only ever take a shirt off to change it or shower. Sleeping/swimming(unless forced)/lounging inside were all times I kept my shirt on for example.

Used to have pretty bad bacne (like huge, cystic pimples). I started scrubbing my back really hard in the shower and I don't get it anymore. Although my back skin is dried the fuck out from scrubbing with soap so hard.
