nope, first off on a nightwalk most people (not just girls) are in sort of a defensive mood because it is at night, so approaching somebody is probably not the best idea, unless it is on a busy street. Second, since you are on r9k i assume you have trouble going up to women, so she would have to be the one initiating, so if you are not attractive this won't happen. Third, walking is not like buying something in a store, where there are tons of topics to just start talking about, when people are walking it is generally accepted they are going somewhere, so people probably would not want to bother you.
