im also a kv, no friends or anything. I've got a shitty job but every day im thinking about quitting because everywhere now you are forced to be a "team" even if you are doing very simple things. I feel and i know i never was a part of the team. People at work talk to me only when it's work related. For example: recently i was at work with my co-worker for 4 hours and we said only few sentences all related to our job. After that time other co-worker came in and they were talking non stop until the end of the day. When im trying to say anything (work related or not) and there is more than one person around im getting comepletly ignored. That really makes me feel bad and every time im at work i remember that i was feeling a lot better when i was a neet and i didn't have to interact with people. I would quit right away but i need money and there is no other job availble for me.

I can't get into games anymore and only watching one series a season of anime because I get bored easily. I can't concentrate on anything for very long. Except shitposting.

33 here. I just went for a 40 minute walk in the park by my house, it was lovely. I was only wearing shoes and running shorts so I got lots of sun. Honestly I feel better right now than I have in ages.

I'm about to attempt to use coconut oil instead of soap to clean myself, from what I read it works much better. Wish me luck.

Alright so I took about a teaspoon of coconut oil and rubbed it into my face and neck. Most websites say to use a hot washcloth to wash it off, but I guess my skin was mega dry because it just absorbed right in, I don't even need to wash it off.

I'd say give it a go if you want to get better skin.
