redpill: many of you are not here because "normies are evil", but because there's something about you that needs development or improvement. tell other anons how you're trying to improve yourself and your goals for the near future as well as your ultimate goal. no negative shit.

honestly man, me too. i would become a degenerate at the drop of a hat if i could share the life with a qt girl.
frankly, it's a not a ridiculous fantasy. a gf is attainable for those who are willing to work on themselves and their social abilities, and everyone is very open about weed these days. imagine yourself in 10 years with a qt wife who you blaze with on the weekends and listen to macintosh plus or OPN with. there's nothing bad about occasional weed use. the problem is, at least for me, that when i use it it's just me watching dumb tv shows and having a great wank. then i wake the next morning without a desire to be alive or the desire to pursue that waifu.

I work out every night, have a cold shower and wake up at 7:00.

Now I'm going to start driving out to a secluded park in the mountains every other day, going for a nice jog/walk and then punch a tree for 30 minutes to work out the stress and anger.

I already have the whole "not buying anything" thing going on and I stopped drinking alcohol. But here's mine so far:

>learn more about astronomy
>get from 40 crunches in 2 minutes to 80
>wait for my barbell to arrive
>get better at CSGO
>reduce the amount I fap (have a schedule where I'll fap every few days)
>learn guitar
>learn accordion
>increase my accuracy at the range

That's all I can think of for now, pretty certain I'll have more as time goes on.

I want to move out to a beach by the city where I can meet like-minded people by the break of spring. I have some saving to do and only ~1 month to get that money.

nah but in all seriousness, the sticky on /fit/ is a good place to start. I suck with autistically organizing and documenting my workouts, though.
Get a barbell or some dumbbells, or a gym membership where you have access to those. Do squats and rows, bench presses if they have a power rack.

For weight loss, do lots of cardio and eat less. Just force yourself to run as long as possible, maybe in intervals - run for as long as you can, walk until you catch your breath, then run again. Push through the pain, distract yourself with music or, if using a treadmill because it's cold, videos.

I do enjoy it, but i struggle to read regularly, especially when i have lots of work to do at uni. Plus, i come from a family in which nobody reads at all. I haven't been wired for entertainment that doesn't involve instant gratification.
