Funnily as a teenager ( around 17-18 ) I used to score consistently as an INFP.

In my country we have one exam after 12th grade that determines what you study in university, so that year is usually very tough on anyone. I managed to get into med, even though it was a hell ride.

I think it was that year and the following two years in Uni killed most of my positive beliefs about society and humans in general.

I descended into fapping and oversleeping, procrastination.

I know my self, the slightest shit causes too much emotion, even if I look at the sky, a star, someone passing the street.. Etc I experience dread and sadness.

What Stoicism taught me is:

- Your opinions are not final, you can change and revoke them at any moment, on any subject.

- There is no reason to worry about anything, you are an actor in a drama, act your part well and don't give a fuck about anyone.

- DEATH IS NOT BAD. DEATH IS NO HARM.

- EMOTIONS ARE FLEETING. ACTIONS ARE ETERNAL. So I don't trust my feeling anymore.

So, I would advise you to read the Gregory Hays translation of the Meditations and the Manual ( Enchiridion ) of Epictetus.

There is also a great site called

Which you should read.

I think it will be a long and slow transformation, maybe years long. But worth it

I'm good with writing and words. I'm 23 years old and still haven't graduated university, but I make nearly $2,000 per month by way of article and content contracts. I work for maybe fifteen hours per week and have two part-time jobs, since I won't be taking classes again until fall semester. Obviously I'm not rolling in dough, but I enjoy knowing that I'll be able to travel through the summer and still have whatever I save by March left in the bank afterward.

I scored at or above the 99th percentile in the Reading and English sub-sections in the ACT. Otherwise I'm pretty average when it comes to math (I've taken up to Calculus II and did alright but had to study more than I'm used to).

Also good at geography, saving money, arguing, motorcycling, and learning languages. I can read and write in Hindi, Arabic, and Serbian/Cyrillic (not fluent in any, though).

I was briefly ranked 3rd in the world in a niche but still fairly well known and active video game in 2014 and I think even after quitting I'm still top 20 (it's a scoring-based game so high scores can take a while to fall out of relevance).

I was also pretty good at baseball before I was tragically stricken with manletism some time around middle school. Funny part is I had a second little mini growth spurt late in high school and ended up average height, so I think I could have been something if I hadn't given up right away and had soldiered on through the shitty years.
