How do you cope with bugs, lads?
My room is turning into a giant bug zoo. There are ants and smaller bugs everywhere and I ocasionally see roaches, hornets and maggots around. It's kind of upsetting but I'm getting used to it.

In the summer I try to keep my windows closed, there's a hornet nest in the attic above, if they come in, along with flies, I swat them. I'm not allergic or anything but it's annoying as fuck to get stung. Little bugs or some stray ant I don't care about, my biggest problem is probably mice, I saw one scurry over the floor just a few mins before seeing your thread, I can hear them run around inside the walls and they've even made a hole right in the middle of the wall, I can see them poke their head out some times. It smells fusty as fuck if there's too many of them around and if one dies it smells even worse, I use a standard springloaded trap for them, poison works but typically they may die inside a wall or something and it reeks for weeks after.
