Nah. Life is a gamble.

No, I will not meet the love of my life out of fate.
Even if I did I'd still need certain social skills and a "good" personality to even get this person to speak to me. Fate won't win me the girl or get my life on track, I am the arbiter of my domain, and I chose to fester in my own misery.
